Jess is a Senior Paralegal and Trainee Chartered Legal Executive who plays an integral role in delivering the responsive, personal service that Estate Legal is known for. With over 10 years' experience in the legal sector, she combines strong technical knowledge with an organised, proactive approach that helps clients feel supported throughout every stage of a matter.
Working closely alongside the firm's directors, Jess understands the importance of clear communication, attention to detail and keeping matters progressing smoothly. Clients and colleagues alike value her approachable manner, positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional service, no matter how complex or fast-paced the instruction.
Jess supports the team across a broad range of commercial property litigation matters, including dilapidations claims, forfeiture actions, consent applications, opposed lease renewals and issues arising under the Pubs Code. She also has significant experience in commercial landlord and tenant portfolio management, helping to coordinate complex matters and ensuring key deadlines are met for clients with extensive property portfolios.
Before joining Estate Legal, Jess worked alongside the firm's founders at Clarke Willmott, making her transition to Estate Legal a natural one. She shares the firm's commitment to building lasting client relationships and delivering specialist advice with the agility, responsiveness and personal service that sets a boutique practice apart.
