Estate Legal is a niche company providing specialist legal advice concerning all aspects of commercial property management, including property litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) particularly arbitration, mediation and PACT.

Founded by Bonnie Martin and Amy Rudrum, both former Partners at a leading national law firm, who between them have over 50 years experience of advising on portfolio management.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service and commercial advice by establishing, at the outset, our client’s business objectives and how best to achieve them.  Whilst our detailed knowledge of the law is important, the thing that sets us apart is our ability to understand a client’s business and to use the law to achieve its objective.  We take on the role of trusted advisor and come up with workable solutions rather than simply advising on the legal position.

We have advised a wide range of clients, from one-off advice to SME’s with a small commercial property portfolio to advice to large companies and investment companies with substantial property portfolios.

As we are a niche practice, we can be both innovative and flexible in our approach.
